The Tel Aviv University libraries hold an excellent and updated collection of books, journals and articles that allows maximum access, from anywhere to the infinite ocean of knowledge: whether through the books and journals on the shelves or through the digital information services available to the students and researchers both in the libraries or by 24/7 remote access.

The professional and skilled library staff offers academic information services available in a variety of disciplines, and strives to develop print and digital library collections, in order to promote academic teaching and research.

From the shelf to the computer

In the digital age, the libraries are changing: more and more databases are transferring from print to computer, and are allowing students and researchers optimal access to educational and research materials according to their needs. In this era libraries have become social meeting places and cultural centers, learning and rest areas can be found alongside group study areas. In addition, libraries provide a forum for exhibitions, book launching and more.
